Do I really own my website?
Yes — the site, the domain and your Google Business Profile are in your name from day one, in plain-English writing. If you ever leave, it all comes with you. No hostage situations.
Is there a long contract?
A 6-month initial term so the work has time to pay off, then it rolls monthly with 30 days' notice. You can also buy your site outright if you'd rather not subscribe.
What's not included in the price?
Just third-party ad spend (Google/Meta), which you pay at cost. Everything else — VAT included — is the price you see. No surprise invoices.
Is the AI receptionist unlimited — could I get a surprise bill?
No surprise bills, ever. Your plan includes a generous fair-use call allowance that covers normal business volume, with no per-minute or per-call charges. If a month is exceptionally busy, I'll flag it with you first — I never bill you by surprise for a spike, and overflow simply routes to instant missed-call text-back. That's the opposite of pay-per-call services, where a busy month can land you a shock invoice.

Absolutely. Every service — a website, the AI receptionist, lead generation, SEO, social — can be bought on its own as a one-off or a standalone monthly. We quote standalone work to your exact scope, with no obligation to take a plan.
What if I want to cancel?
After the initial term, 30 days' notice and you're done — and you keep your site, domain and profile. We'll even help you move it.
