How does it know what to say?
It is built and trained on your business: your services, prices, opening hours, how you take bookings and what counts as urgent. You hear it on a test call before it goes live and we change anything that is not right.
Will callers know it is AI?
It says so if asked, and most people do not mind once it has actually helped them. The voice is natural and it never puts anyone on hold.
Can it book straight into my diary or table system?
Yes, that is the £150 setup option. It works with most booking systems, and with Eightish for restaurants it is built in.
What happens with an emergency call?
With call transfer switched on it puts urgent calls straight through to a real person, and texts you a summary either way.
What does it cost to run?
A flat monthly plan with minutes included, from £75 a month. If you go over, extra minutes are 25p each. There is a three month minimum, then it rolls monthly.
