Real prices from a Lancashire web designer. One page £295, five pages £395. Talk, type or tick the boxes.
Say it or type it. I’ll price it.
Tap the mic and talk, or type. Something like “I’m a plumber in Preston, I need a simple site with a quote form and I want to move my domain over”.
Tick what you need. Watch the total change.
1 How big is the site?
Count the pages you actually need. Home, about, services, contact is four. Bigger than 30 pages is quoted after a call.
2 What should it do?
Every site gets a contact form and all the words written for you. Tick anything else.
EPOS links, customer portals, rotas, AI builds and anything else off this list are quoted after a call. Most land between £1,500 and £8,000.
3 After it goes live
A new site starts with no history on Google. Every site launches with the SEO basics done, but ranking takes active work. I recommend Found for your first three months.
4 How would you like to pay?
Spread it over six months at no extra cost, or pay upfront and take 10% off.

How website pricing works
What does a small business website cost in the UK?
Typical UK prices run from £500 to £3,000 from a freelancer and £3,000 to £15,000 from an agency. Mensia charges £295 for a one page site, £395 for up to five pages, £645 for up to fifteen and £995 for up to thirty, with extras like payments or a shop at fixed prices.
Is the calculator price binding?

What is not included?
Photography (use your own photos or I will point you at a local photographer), paid stock images, and anything custom like EPOS links or portals, which are quoted separately.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, any site can be spread over six months at no extra cost. Or pay upfront and take 10% off.
