How does it know what to say?
It is built and trained on your business: services, prices, opening hours, how you take bookings and what counts as urgent. You hear it on a test call before it goes live.
Will callers know it is AI?
It says so if asked, and most people do not mind once it has helped them. It never puts anyone on hold.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are 25p each, and I will tell you if a bigger plan would work out cheaper.
